Dr. Fara Sabeti

Dr. Fara Sabeti is a licensed Chiropractor serving the Lake Forest community.

 Dr. Fara Sabeti graduated from Life Chiropractic College, San Lorenzo, CA, in 1998.  Her decision to become a Doctor of Chiropractic was based in her own successful experience of chiropractic care.  Dr Sabeti is member of the American Chiropractic Association and is involved in continuing education by attending frequent seminars and workshops on patient care.

In her practice she uses a combination of very effective, get gentle techniques, such as Activator and SOT.  She also uses manual techniques such as Gonstead, Diversified, and Pettibon.  Dr. Sabeti uses her Chiropractic techniques, in addition to her years of experience in therapy and rehabilitation, for the best possible results for her patients ailments.  Her specialty is in family, sport injuries, personal injuries, work related injuries, and therapeutic massage.  She is excited to be a Doctor of Chiropractor and to be able help her patients in the prevention of disease and to optimize their health through Chiropractic care.

Dr. Sabeti uses a "whole person approach". This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this unique approach, Dr. Sabeti is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.

Dr. Ella Ashabi

Dr. Ella Ashabi, LAC, PH.D received her PH.D. in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, has over 19 years experience successfully treating patients with acupuncture and herbal medicine and is also involved in continuing education by attending frequent seminars and work shops on patient care.

Her mission is to serve and assist patients in drug-free treatments to make the body pain free and and functioning at optimum health. Dr. Ella Ashabi can help patients suffering with pain management, arthritis, headaches, lupus, weight loss, smoking cessation, sinus problems and allergies, stress, depression, carpal tunnel, chronic fatigue, spinal disorders and more.  She also specializes in auto accident injuries, work related injuries, falls, and sports injuries.

Rachel Kalb

Rachel Kalb has been practicing massage for over 11 years.  She was raised in the beautiful community of Ashland, Oregon.  A small town which fosters the appreciation of theatre, arts, nature and holistic medicine.  Strongly compassionate and nurturing, Rachel embraces a true desire to help others. She was trained at the Ashland Massage Institute and followed her massage training with studies in Biology and Pre-Medicine at Southern Oregon University and Portland State University. 

Rachel moved to Southern California in 2003 and has built a successful clientele in South Orange County.  She specializes in a unique and customized blend of techniques including: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Shiatsu and Aromatherapy.  She has provided care for those suffering from post-accident injury, surgery, Fibromyalgia, spinal cord injuries, stroke and those recovering from cancer.  Rachel also works with pregnant women at any stage.  She has massaged Ironman athletes, avid runners, famous athletes and a variety of mixed martial arts and jiu-jitsu fighters.

(Ben) Bahman Gerami

Ben Gerami has been practicing the study of Physical Therapy, Sports Injuries treatment, Physiotherapy, and Osteotherapy for over 11 years. He began his studies in England and continued them when he moved to the United States. Ben instructs each patient with the correct exercises to help heal the body for thier specific injury and then demonstrates the proper way to perform them so that the patient fully understands the exercise.
